Rankings and Tour Cards
Prize money decides your ranking, and your ranking decides which events you get into and whether you keep a Tour Card.
The lists#
- The Order of Merit: the main ranking of the professional game.
- Tour tables: each tour has its own table, such as the Contender Tour, the Prospects Tour, the Women’s Tour and the series on TV.
- National rankings: each country’s own ranking circuit, and the youth rankings.
The list picker groups the lists by country. Tap i beside a list to see exactly what counts towards it: which events, and over how long.
Why your ranking matters#
- It decides your seeding, so who you meet in the early rounds.
- It decides your place in events with a ranked field, such as the majors.
- It decides whether you keep your Tour Card at the end of a season.
- It is what sponsors and the press look at first.
Seeing it elsewhere#
Your ranking is on the main menu, in the hub’s top bar and on your Player page. The World section shows the full tables, with every organisation’s Order of Merit, its tours and its rules.
